The Embassy Hotel is a 14-storey L-shaped hotel located in the heart of Ottawa’s Golden Triangle, just south of City Hall. The building sits among many other notable modern buildings in the area, including several hotels and condos.

The building is clad in brown brick, and has unique balconies in the shape of an L-channel, which are inserted into the building. The short sides of the balconies are left open and given a metal railing.

The asymmetry and depth of the Cartier Street elevation gives the hotel a unique presence when walking by.
